about me

I am a professional UX Researcher, with a background in both psychology/behavioral sciences, as well as a formal education in User Experience.

My entry into UX is quite an unconventional one! I am a Social Worker by trade, who has also previously completed a bachelor's degree in Psychology. I have always been passionate about understanding people, getting to know them and helping them improve their daily lives. Discovering UX felt so right and a very natural fit to my soft skills and my interests. In fact, my thesis revolved around older adults, cognitive load and online grocery shopping. My graduate studies have had me follow an array of courses, including: UX Research, UX Evaluation, UX Data Analysis, UX Design, UX Prototyping and UX Management.
